HOUSE RENOVATION AND EXTENSION
Mr and Mrs Pearce had two house extensions and renovations completed by BG Construction. For the first extension, the ground was levelled with a beam and block foundation, ready for a new oak framed living room. The new ground levels allowed for an expansive patio and heated swimming pool. Upstairs a new luxury master bedroom balcony with dual aspect views.
The second extension provided a playroom and a utility room on the ground floor with two substantial children’s bedrooms with an additional family bathroom on the first floor.
A start-of-the-art Reko lighting system was installed with programmable mood settings. Controlled either by the wall panel or via a mobile phone App. Additional internal works included:
underfloor heating, plumbing, electrics and decorations.
