NEW BUILD CASE STUDY
Mr and Mrs Lamport decided to move from London and build an inspirational modern home for their new family. They had a large plot of family land that enjoys uninterrupted views for miles. To maximise the south-facing plot they created a triangular-shaped property meaning the glass fronted south elevation was the longest wall of the house.
The house was built to take into account the client’s requirements, including an open plan triangular spacious kitchen and dining area, with family day area, a separate formal lounge, spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, feature gym, sauna and steam rooms. The impressive landscaping included a combination of composite decking, stone paving and natural water swimming pool.
