MODERN HOUSE RENOVATION AND EXTENSION
Mr and Mrs Freer had their house extended and fully renovated by BG Construction. We created four additional bedrooms, each with under floor heating; built a state of the art bespoke staircase; fitted an open plan kitchen diner; levelled out and built an expansive terrace; added a Hamilton lighting system and installed plumbing, electrics and window replacements; handled decorations and installed a loft conversion which houses a gym and a playroom.

One of our favourite new rooms is the kitchen diner. The original internal kitchen wall was removed to form a new open plan area. New structural beams support the extension above and the large bi-fold doors lead out to the terrace. The expansive space is a great hub for family and friends to get together.
