“We tendered our project to three and the wholehearted recommendations we heard gave us the confidence to choose BG Construction as our preferred contractor.  The project was scheduled for a difficult time of year, running over the winter months, but BG Construction kept the project expertly on track, keeping us updated with costs and on-site decision making on a regular basis.

The works ended up happening to budget, with us adding extra jobs to the schedule once within the contract to make the final build complete, such as replacing existing windows to match the new efficient ones and new tiling to the old roof. BG Construction took all of this in their stride, arranging the necessary additional trades without any dramas.

The team were polite and considerate and whenever a decision was required would consult us first rather than just doing it and hoping it would be right.
