HOUSE RENOVATION AND EXTENSION
Mr and Mrs Coulston had their house extended and fully renovated by BG Construction. The side extension allowed for a new open-plan kitchen-diner with large living room and a new master bedroom suite, complete with walk-in wardrobes and designer ensuite. The front extension, above an existing downstairs room, increased the number of bedrooms to five.
A start-of-the-art Lightwave lighting system and Nest Thermostat were installed. Other internal works included: kitchen installation, new bathrooms, underfloor heating (to the downstairs and bathrooms), plumbing, electrics, window replacements and decorations. External works included: a new driveway and patio.
